Now you can get convenient access to your checking, savings and money market account statements whenever you want! Rather than waiting for your statement to arrive in the mail, Online Statements make it easy to get your statement as soon as it becomes available.

How to enroll

Simply log into your Online Banking account and from the “My Accounts” tab, click on the account number for which you want to receive online statements. Once that account page has been loaded, click on the “Statements” tab.

After reading and accepting the Online Banking Services Electronic Delivery of Bank (Account) Statements Consent and Agreement, complete the New User Sign Up information and click “Sign Up.”

You will receive an email notification when your statement is available online.


What is an Online Statement?

An Online Statement is an electronic version of the paper statement you receive monthly for your deposit accounts. Online Statements include all the information you currently receive in your monthly paper statements, including canceled check images and statement messages.

Why should I sign up for Online Statements?

Online Statements are secure, convenient and eco-friendly. Online Statements are only accessible during an Online Banking session and help guard your personal information while reducing the clutter and hassle of paper statements. If enrolled for Online Statements, Greenfield Wayside Bank customers can access up to 13 months of statements online anytime and from anywhere there is internet access.

Which accounts are eligible for Online Statements?

Most types of Greenfield Wayside Bank deposit accounts are eligible for Online Statements, including:

  • Regular Checking
  • Investors Checking
  • Regular Savings
  • Money Market Accounts

When will I begin receiving my statements online?

You will begin receiving statements online and stop receiving paper statements for the selected account with the next scheduled statement cycle. Online Statements will be produced at the same frequency as you received your paper statements.

Will I still receive a statement in the mail?

No. Once enrolled to receive Online Statements, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail. Greenfield Wayside Bank strongly recommends for you to save your Online Statements to a secure location for future retrieval.

What if I enroll in Online Statements but later decide I want to change back to paper statements?

You can contact a customer service representative at 304-842-1887 to request for an account be changed from Online Statements to paper statements. You can also submit a “Request for Paper Stmts” from the “Support” tab of your Online Banking screen.

What software do I need to view my statements online?

Your Online Statement will be presented to you electronically in Portable Document Format (PDF). To view, print or save the PDF. You will need Adobe® Acrobat Reader to open them. You can download a free copy of the software from
